Our beautiful gift baskets are
shipped from our warehouse in Missouri,
and Ground Shipping to the Continental USA is always free! When ordering,
please ensure that all information is complete (such as apt. #), and correct to
ensure prompt delivery. Each Gift Basket is hand made at time of order and is
carefully packaged so that it arrives in perfect condition. Depending on the
item you ordered, the package can sometimes be quite large and heavy, which
explains some next day delivery higher prices. Our main objective is that your
Gift Basket is delivered in it’s original condition! Your Gift Basket is
shipped via UPS, and on special occasions (PO Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses), via USPS.
On each item
page, you will find a drop down menu with shipping options (for addresses to
Contiental USA, Canada and APO/FPO) to chose from. The first option is Ground Shipping, which is free with any order
to Continental USA. If you chose this option, your order will be shipped within
1 to 2 business days after payment has been received. Delivery time is between
2 to 6 days depending on the destination. The other possible options are; USA 3 Day
Shipping, USA 2 Day Shipping, USA Next Day Delivery, Canada and APO/FPO. Those options have an extra
cost, which the exact amount is stated next to each one of them. If you chose
any of those options and you place your order before 11 AM CST, your order will
be shipped that same day. If you place your order after 11 AM CST, your order
will ship the next business day. There is no
shipping or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Orders placed on
those days will ship the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, the
UPS or USPS tracking number will be send to the email address you provided when placing
your order. If a shipping option is not listed in the drop-down menu, it means
that this option is not available (ex: a Fruit Gift Basket can only be shipped
2 Day Shipping or Next Day Delivery, and is only available for shipping to
Continental USA). No delivery date is guaranteed unless the Next Day or 2nd Day shipment
method is chosen. However, we will use our best efforts to deliver on or near
the 'Desired Delivery Date' chosen at the time your order was placed. It is
not possible for any carriers to call the intended recipient prior to making a
delivery. In addition UPS will not guarantee a specific delivery time of the
day. Deliveries are scheduled to arrive by the end of the business day.
Shipping to Canada
Our Gift Baskets, except for
those containing Fruit, Cookies, Candy Bouquets or any other perishable items,
are available for shipping to Canada.
When an item is available for Canada
shipping, this option will be offered in the drop-down menu of each item page. Shipping to Canada
is via UPS or USPS and takes from 5 to 7 days. Once your order has been shipped, the shipping tracking number will be send to the email address you provided when placing
your order.
International Shipping (Hawaii,
Alaska, Puerto Rico and other countries)
Our Gift Baskets, except for those containing Fruit, Cookies, Candy Bouquets or
any other perishable items, are available for International Shipping. Please
contact a Sales
Representative with product SKU # and destination details for a shipping
rate quote.
Shipping to PO Boxes (USA only), APO and FPO
Addresses
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses is possible through USPS, except
for Gift Baskets containing Fruit, Cookies, Candy Bouquets or any other
perishable items. Items available for APO/FPO will show this option in the drop down menu. If an item says it is available to International but APO/FPO is not in the drop down menu, please contact a Sales Representative with product SKU # and destination details
for a shipping quote. These gifts are
shipped within 1 to 2 business days, and cannot be shipped the week prior and
during a holiday. We will ship the first business day after the holiday itself. Note
that no claims can be filed or refunds issued for loss, damaged or late
delivery for any shipments through USPS.
Shipping to more than one address
If you order more than one item and have more than one shipping address, in the 'Ship To'
field of the check out page, please fill in the address for the first item. You can add
the additional address(es) in the comments box, or you can send us an email.
Perishable Products
All Gift Baskets containing fresh fruit or perishable food products must be
shipped via 2nd or next day shipping and are only available for the Continental
USA.
Incorrect or incomplete address, recipient refusal
If an address correction is
needed or a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address,
or recipient refusal or non-availability, a $20.00 fee and the returned
shipping charges will apply in addition to a 20% restocking fee. If you wish
your Gift Basket to be re-shipped, the new shipping charges will apply.
Address correction
In the event you need to
make an address correction, you must contact us before 11 AM CST on the day the
gift is scheduled to ship.
Canceling/Changing your order
If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible and no later than 11 AM CST on
the day the gift is scheduled to ship. Once your order as been shipped, no
change or cancellation are allowed.
‘Late delivery’ claims must
be filed via email within 3 days of the receiving day. No claim will be honored
if a late delivery is due to an incorrect or incomplete address. ‘Damage’
claims must be filed via email within 3 days of the gift being received and no
refund will be offered if the gift is not available for pick up and/or
inspection by UPS.
Substitutions and returns
To ensure timely delivery and freshness or your gift, there are times when it
is necessary to make substitutions (during hot weather months, chocolate items
are substituted with hard candy). Be assured that any replacement item is of
equal or greater value than the original item. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed
as designer packaging can vary. With this in mind, please be aware that a
substitution or variance in flavor or packaging does not justify an item being
returned. If for any reason other than damages or errors on our part, a gift is
returned, it is at your own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee. If we
have committed an error, we will retrieve the gift and refund it in full or
re-ship it. If you wish to return a gift simply because you are not satisfied,
you may do so at your own expense within 7 days of receiving the gift. The gift
must be returned undamaged and in its original condition for a refund to be
issued. Only the amount of the gift, not including the shipping amount, may be
refunded.

American express, Discover and PayPal. All orders must be paid in full before
it can be shipped.
